Please note that due to the time-sensitive nature of weddings, items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your dresses in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and protective liners are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
